## Program Structure

6-session workshop spanning approximately 5 months:
1. Session 1 (6/20): 自我揭露 — Self-disclosure and theme discovery
2. Session 2-4 (7/18-7/20): 加賀合宿 — 3-day retreat in Kaga, Ishikawa. Day 1: draft plans. Day 2: exchange with Kaga Kouki Juku alumni. Day 3: plan small actions.
3. Session 5 (8/22): 回顧行動內容／計畫修正 — Review actions, revise plans
4. Session 6 (10/3): 簡報製作與發表練習 — Prepare and practice presentations
5. Final (11/7): 公開發表會 — Public presentation ceremony

Time: 13:00-18:00 (except retreat)
Location: Accessible venues within Tokyo (retreat in Ishikawa)

## Fee

¥35,000 JPY — includes 2 nights accommodation at Kaga retreat. Retreat transportation self-funded.
